PAYMENT

  • You can purchase directly through the online shop. Via Credit Card or PayPal. I will contact you to arrange shipping.

    • If you prefer this option, contact me directly. I will provide all the required details to arrange wire transfer.

    *Payment Security: All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your payment information is protected.

Although the artwork is varnished with a UV ray protection, avoid direct sunlight, extreme temperatures or high humidity to protect and care for your acrylic artwork. Do not touch the painting directly with your bare hands, cotton gloves are recommended for handling.

SHIPPING

    • Worlwide shipping is available.

    • Note that the listed price excludes shipping. Shipping costs depend on shipping locations and artwork’s dimensions.

    • Duties and Customs taxes may apply. International buyers are responsible for any import duties in their country.

    • PLEASE make sure your shipping information is correct before you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct. I am not liable for packages sent to a wrong address due to an error on the buyer's part.

    • Formats larger than 120x120cm/47x47in will ship carefully rolled for their protection - unless it’s a framed artwort, then it will be shipped in a crate.

  • It takes around 5 to 10 working days to prepare and safely wrap the artwork for shipping.

    • DELIVERY IN MEXICO:  3 - 7 DAYS. 

    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 1 - 2 WEEKS.

    • INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY – ROLLED: The painting is carefully removed from the wooden frame, then rolled and thoroughly packaged. This is a more economic and easier option for shipping and handling. However, note that upon arrival, the customer will have to stretch and frame the artwork.

    •  INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY – CUSTOM-CRATE: A custom wooden crate with inside foam cushion is made for the particular artwork. It is carefully and thoroughy packaged. Note that this option is higher in price, as its weight and dimensions increase from the rolled option. However, once you receive it, the artwork is ready to be hung up on your wall.

    • DOMESTIC: This option is only available in Mexico. The stretched artwork is carefuly and thoroughly packaged.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • I do not accept returns or refunds. Every sale is final unless the artwork arrived damaged.

  • Please note our packaging is thorough. We triple check the artwork before it is shipped. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked and priority shipping service to avoid any issues.
