My name is Marcela. I’m a Mexican artist & author.

I create intricate images of simple, everyday objects with the use of acrylics. I use representative elements of popular culture and recreate them with a strong Mexican identity through a saturated and vibrant palette creating a fluid, refreshing, innovative and warm work.

I love to see the intricacy in simpler objects, yet find simplicity within the intricate objects.

Everything I create, I do it to share with the world. There is nothing more gratifying than the feeling of having people connect and enjoy my artworks and my book.
