As a Mexican, I knows how important and special horses are within the Mexican Culture. I wanted to create an artwork detailing this beautiful strong and powerful being, giving it more detail and strength through my use of metallics and delicate strokes; all of these reminiscent of the Aztec tribes. It is inspired on the first ever painting that I sold when I was-unknowingly-starting my career as an artist.
